Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare and portion ingredients (meats, vegetables, sauces, cheese)

Assist in cooking and assembling menu items (quesadillas, burritos, etc.)

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, workstations, and utensils

Wash, peel, cut, and organize food items

Restock supplies and ingredients as needed

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning

Support cooks and other staff during busy periods
