Line Cooks

2120 in downtown Seattle casual fine dining restaurant is seeking a qualified Line Cook for a full time position. As a 180 seat establishment in the heart of downtown, we manage high volume with a distinct attention to detail, so a minimum of 2 years experience is preferred. The right people with the right motivation and standards may be considered with less than the required experience. Cleanliness, motivation, and a sense of urgency are a must, creativity and ambition are preferred. We are seeking a full time cook and weekends are a must. Line Cooks should be capable of working all stations including grill and saute on a busy night. We are a drug and drama free independently owned establishment with a proven record of taking care of its employees. Hope to hear from you!
