Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, care and manage kitchen staff
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
• Oversee inventory and ordering supplies
• Ability to develop team members
• Direct day to day operations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a fast paced kitchen management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Food Safety and Quality experience
• Ability to work weekends and 10-hour shifts
• Open availability Monday through Saturday
