The PM Cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience. They should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. They are also responsible for providing a clean and welcoming dining area and providing excellent customer service to guests. They will also have responsibilities as banquet cook/ attendant. The shift for this role will be 3PM to 11PM.
