Greets all guests in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.
Takes phone, catering, online, and walk-in orders accurately and efficiently.
Keeps food, beverage, and supply items stocked and maintains clean, organized work areas.
Ensures equipment, tools, and supplies are properly cleaned, maintained, and stored.
Assists in all areas of the restaurant as needed.
Follows all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Independently completes opening and closing duties and checklists.
Operates the POS system, including sales, discounts, refunds, paid-ins, paid-outs, and cash management functions.
Prepares deposits, balances cash drawers, and maintains cash control procedures.
Manages supplies and supports daily operational readiness.
Directs, trains, and supports team members to ensure service standards are met.
Addresses guest concerns and resolves issues professionally and promptly

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma required; some post high school education or training preferred
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in supervising, managing, and coaching staff
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Computer (Microsoft Office) proficiency
ServSafe certificate (preferable)
