Job Details Line CookWe are seeking an experienced Line Cook with 36 years of kitchen experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well under pressure, and maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and consistency.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Ensure food quality, portioning, and temperature standards are met
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team members
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and closing duties as needed
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail
- 36 years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with Mediterranean, seafood, or upscale dining concepts
- Culinary school training is a plus
