The Dinex Group, Chef Daniel Bouluds internationally acclaimed restaurant group, is excited to announce the first steakhouse to its extensive profile, La Tete dOr by Daniel. This concept blends the classic American steakhouse with the Parisian dining scene. La Tete dOr by Daniel features a 150-person main dining area, a cocktail bar in a dramatic lounge, and multiple private dining rooms.

The Grill Cook is responsible for preparing a variety of cooked meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables on a specially designed gas/charcoal/wood burning grill, following established recipes and standards. This job requires an understanding of kitchen operations, proper food handling and sanitation practices, and thorough understanding of cooking meats to specific temperatures. The Grill Cook must be able to work quickly and accurately to produce high-quality dishes in a timely manner. Additionally, the Grill Cook must ensure that all food is handled safely by following health department guidelines, and is presented in an attractive manner.

*This position works directly in front of guests, so a clean uniform and warm personality is a plus.

*We would prefer this position to be full time but are open to canidates looking for part time.

Essential Duties

  • Cook beef, chicken, fish, and other meats according to recipes
  • Regulate temperature of broilers, grills, and other cooking equipment
  • Monitor food quality and portion sizes
  • Keep kitchen clean and organized
  • Check inventory of supplies and order items as needed
  • Comply with food safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a hot and humid environment
  • Ability to read and follow recipes
  • Ability to use commercial kitchen equipment
  • Ability to follow food safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($23.00 - $25.00)
