What Youll Do as a Kitchen Manager
Lead day-to-day back-of-house operations across two locations
Ensure consistency, quality, and execution of scratch-made menu items
Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu execution and innovation
Coach, develop, and support kitchen teams in a positive, team-first environment
Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and organization
Step into front-of-house support when needed to ensure seamless service
Act as a culture carrierbringing energy, humility, and accountability to both teams
What Were Looking for in a Kitchen Manager
A humble, hands-on leader who leads by example and leaves ego at the door
Passion for scratch cooking, fresh ingredients, and hospitality
Strong communicator who can work effectively across teams and locations
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to balance priorities between two kitchens
Requirements for a Kitchen Manager
24 years of BOH leadership experience (Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar)
Willingness to split time between two locations weekly
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Basic Spanish skills a MUST (for kitchen communication)
Ability to support both BOH and FOH operations as needed
