Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience demonstrating leadership
Strong tenure with no more than 2 companies in the last 5 years
Effective experience managing P&L statements of $2M+
Independent learners eager to work their way up within the company
Entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to move up the ranks
