Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen leadership roles
• Strong tenure with no more than 2 job changes in the last 5 years
• Proven experience with ordering, inventory, scheduling, and department cost controls
• Culinary degree appreciated but not required
