  • 1+ years previous culinary experience preferred

  • Knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation, and principles of safe

  • food handling required

  • Demonstrated knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, and food cost controls, and presentation required

  • Ability to prepare and cook all food groups

  • Effective communication skills

  • Great attention to detail in all areas of work

  • Prepare and serve meals

  • Assist in menu planning and recipe development

  • Utilize standard metric recipes

  • Test products and tasting panel

  • Follow all health and sanitation guidelines

Shift Schedule:

  • Wednesday-Sunday 11:00am-7:30pm

Pay Details: $21.45 per hour
