1+ years previous culinary experience preferred
Knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation, and principles of safe
food handling required
Demonstrated knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, and food cost controls, and presentation required
Ability to prepare and cook all food groups
Effective communication skills
Great attention to detail in all areas of work
Prepare and serve meals
Assist in menu planning and recipe development
Utilize standard metric recipes
Test products and tasting panel
Follow all health and sanitation guidelines
Shift Schedule:
- Wednesday-Sunday 11:00am-7:30pm
Pay Details: $21.45 per hour
