Compensation: Full time position, based on experience and position

Special qualifications: The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role.

Experience: Previous experience with banquet halls and private events is a plus, Full Time Sous Chef and Lead Line Cook should be aware of how to control food cost, demonstration speed and quality when cooking. Pastry Chef experience a plus.

Education: The ideal candidates will be a talented Full Time Sous Chef and Lead Line Cook with years of industry and culinary management experience. However - degree not required to apply, real world experience can count instead.
