* Responsibilities-
The Supervisor / Assistant Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift.
This position supervises the restaurant employees.
Essential Job Functions:
Take guest orders, serve food and drinks and collect various forms of payment in a courteous and efficient manner and according to restaurant standards of service
.* Perform regular running and closing duties, including side work, set up, maintaining station cleanliness and end of shift tasks
.*Promote positive guest/employee relations.
* Perform other assignments as assigned, cashier, line server etc...
* Select, supervise, and direct employees
* Consistently recognize employees for their accomplishments* Create an environment of teamwork
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 /hour
