RSU 71 is looking for a head cook with experience in food preparation, cleaning of all work areas when tasks are completed, serving lunches in a serving line, doing inventory and ordering as needed.
Knowledge of being a cashier in the Point of Sale system and recording of sales and meal counts would be beneficial.
Must be willing to obtain ServSafe Certification.
