Game Day Cook - Nashua Silver Knights Baseball Club

The Nashua Silver Knights are seeking a dependable, energetic Cook to join our game-day
operations team for the 2026 summer baseball season at Historic Holman Stadium.
This seasonal position will work approximately 30 regular-season home games plus any
playoff games, special events, and additional stadium functions as scheduled.
The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving concession and suite-level menu items
including burgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, French fries, pizzas, and other ballpark
favorites for both our concession stands and luxury suites.

Compensation
$20.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience
Eligible for end-of-season bonus for perfect attendance at all remaining scheduled
home game shifts

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food safely, efficiently, and consistently based on ServSafe
standards
Assist with food preparation, stocking, setup, and cleanup of dishes, pans,
workspace
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
Work collaboratively with concession staff, suite attendants, and management
Help deliver a first-class fan experience at every game

Requirements
Current ServSafe certification (or equivalent food safety certification)
Prior experience in a commercial kitchen, concession operation, food truck, catering
company, or other fast-paced food service environment
Strong attendance and reliability are essential
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Schedule
Approximately 30 home games throughout the summer season, plus potential
playoff and special event opportunities

Weekday games generally begin at 6:03 PM
Sunday games generally begin at 3:00 PM
Shift start time is typically three hours prior to first pitch
Typical shifts range from 6-8 hours depending on attendance and operational needs
Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work the majority of the
Silver Knights home game schedule throughout the season
