Sous Chef / Junior Sous ChefHangry Kitchen is looking for a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef to join our small, hardworking, highly creative kitchen team.We re a kitchen focused on seasonal cooking, local sourcing, and menus that are constantly evolving. Everything is made in house, and we care deeply about ingredients, execution, and doing things the right way. We re a growing company, with another concept opening soon, and we re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.This is not the job for someone who just wants to show up, cook the same five things every day, and go home. This is for someone who wants to learn, experiment, be part of the creative process, and be part of something bigger. We want someone who cares about food, cares about standards, and wants to help build something meaningful in food and hospitality.We also believe that doing great work and having a life outside of work should not be mutually exclusive.
