Prep Chef / Production Cook / BakerWe are hiring an additional team member to fill a secondary role supporting our Head Chef. Candidates should have kitchen experience, be willing to work various shifts, including at least one weekend day, and have an eagerness to learn and grow with the company.Duties:This position reports directly to the Head Chef and is responsible for a variety of kitchen prep and line duties for our breakfast and lunch service. The ideal candidate will be able to follow recipes, prepare doughs and baked goods for our morning bake, and gradually learn additional baking responsibilities while assisting with breakfast and lunch prep and line work.Baking shifts begin as early as 5:00 AM, though some flexibility may be available depending on productivity and scheduling needs. There may be up to two days per week when baking is not required.Additional responsibilities include preparing menu items to the Chef s specifications, presenting food in a high-quality manner, and maintaining safe kitchen practices and proper sanitation standards. A creative individual with an eye for quality and attention to detail is an ideal candidate.Qualifications:Positive attitudeWillingness to learnStrong team-player mentality1 2 years of kitchen experience preferredRecent culinary school graduates are encouraged to apply.
