• 13 years of restaurant or retail management experience ( QSR experience preferred )

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• A hands-on, lead-by-example attitude with a passion for people

• Ability to create a positive work culture where team members feel supported

• Valid drivers license and reliable personal transportation

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
