What Youll Do

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, specs, and presentation standards
Maintain consistency, portion control, and quality during high-volume service
Set up and stock your station to ensure smooth and efficient service
Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
Work closely with the team to execute service, catering orders, and special events
Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift
Communicate clearly with team members and leadership during service
Take ownership of your station and contribute to the success of the kitchen
What Were Looking For

Line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but we will train the right person with strong work ethic)
Solid knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable, punctual, and accountable
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn, improve, and take feedback
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
