We need a builder someonehungry to create something meaningful from the ground up.Ranchero Group operates Flat Track Coffee and Palomino Coffee, with three high-volume coffee shops acrossCentral Texas. Collectively, we currently spend over $400,000 annually on outside food vendors. We are nowbringing food in-house and building a focused, high-quality culinary program from scratch.This is an opportunity to design and lead an entire food program with real autonomy, real growth potential, andeventually real ownership.What We re Looking ForBuild and execute a scalable food program across multiple locationsOperate creatively within limited kitchen spaceDevelop systems, prep structure, and production workflowsCreate food that matches a high-end coffee experience without becoming overly complicatedBalance craftsmanship with speed and consistencyLead, train, and eventually build a kitchen teamBaking experience is mandatory.Our current best sellers are breakfast tacos and kolaches, but we are not married to either.
