Gallatin River Lodge Restaurant is looking for a motivated, hardworking Prep Cook to join our farm-to-table kitchen on the banks of the Gallatin River.

THE ROLE: As a Prep Cook at Gallatin River Lodge, you'll be the backbone of our scratch-made kitchen. Every dish we serve starts with you. You'll handle knife work, portioning, stocking, and basic food preparation all in support of a team that takes quality seriously. You'll learn from experienced cooks and our Executive Chef in a real working kitchen that does things the right way.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Executing daily prep lists with accuracy and efficiency
Knife work, portioning, chopping, and mise en place
Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
Properly storing and rotating product (FIFO)
Supporting line cooks and kitchen staff during service
Following all food safety and health code guidelines

Full Season Ski Pass to either Bridger or Big Sky (start by July 1)

RELOCATION: We welcome candidates from outside the Bozeman area willing to self-relocate (no moving allowance). All candidates must complete a unpaid stage we'll cover one night of accommodations so you can cook with us and see if it's the right fit.
