Kitchen Manager - Mother Road Brewing Company

Mother Road Brewing Company is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our Tap Room kitchen in Flagstaff, Arizona.

The purpose of Mother Road Brewing Company is to build community one pint at a time. We're looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about food, hospitality, team development, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day kitchen operations
Coach and mentor kitchen crew members
Manage inventory and vendor relationships
Ensure food quality, consistency, and cleanliness standards
Verify timecards and complete administrative duties
Maintain company policies and procedures
Help cultivate an outstanding food experience in our Tap Room

Qualifications
5+ years of kitchen experience
3+ years of supervisory experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work weekends

Love of craft beer, travel, the outdoors, history, and the American Southwest is a bonus.

Compensation & Benefits
$45,000-$55,000 annual salary plus tips
