Executive Chef

Exchange Street Bistro LLC in Malden, MA is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the operation of the kitchen, coordinate the work and train of sous chefs and other cooks, design the menu and determine how to present dishes, order and maintain an inventory of food and supplies, check the freshness of food and ingredients, and monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards. To qualify: must have at least 48 months of experience as Sous Chef and have a Food Protection Manager Certification (ServSafe Certification) from the Massachusetts Restaurant Association.
