Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 3 for a School District loced in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area

The selected candide will have a direct impact on culinary operions as he or she will be responsible for culinary training and food quality across the district.

Our Executive Chef will also oversee cering functions and will cree culinary promotions to further increase student meal purchases.

Wh You'll Do:
  • be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production;
  • oversee the PrimeroEdge food management system for multiple units;
  • menu development;
  • ensure Sodexo and USDA Culinary standards including recipe compliance are food quality are implemented and maintained;
  • oversee cering functions within the district
  • have the ability and willingness to motive, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly-paid staff);
  • provide stellar customer/client service;
  • ensure food safety, sanition and workplace safety standard compliance; and
  • have working knowledge of automed food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.

Qualificions & Requirements:

Minimum Educion Requirement - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, cering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
