Pay Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent service, quality, and cleanliness Lead, train, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members; support performance management and staffing needs Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service Monitor and control labor, food, and beverage costs to achieve financial and operational goals Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure product availability and cost control Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction Partner with culinary leadership on menu execution, service standards, and special promotions or events Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and schedules as required More about you Minimum of 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience in a high-volume restaurant, casino, resort, or hospitality environment Proven leadership experience managing large, diverse teams in a fast-paced operation Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and alcohol compliance Solid financial acumen, including experience with labor management, inventory control, and cost of goods Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming license(s) and food/alcohol certifications Shift details Days Evenings On call Weekends Holidays Source: Casino Careers
