We're looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. This is an opportunity to lead talented culinarians, contribute creative ideas, and help shape memorable dining experiences for guests from around the world.
What You'll DoAs Sous Chef, you'll partner closely with the Executive Chef and/or Executive Sous Chef to lead daily culinary operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
In this role, you will\:
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team
- Lead kitchen operations and ensure exceptional execution across all food outlets
- Create and implement innovative menu offerings aligned with Hyatt's luxury standards
- Support banquet events, seasonal activations, and special culinary experiences
- Drive food quality, consistency, cost controls, and operational excellence
- Manage scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, performance management, and hiring
- Foster collaboration between culinary teams and other hotel departments
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Step into broader leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Chef and/or Executive Sous Chef

We're looking for someone with\:
- A genuine passion for hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- Experience leading and developing culinary teams
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong understanding of food cost management and quality control
- Culinary education and/or equivalent professional culinary experience
- Hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality experience preferred
- General computer proficiency

Starting salary\: $70,000 annually
Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience.
