The restaurant brings together two chefs (James Beard Award nominee Junior Borges and restaurateur Nicholas Yanes) from different backgrounds with one visionto create meaningful connections through focused hospitality and thoughtful service.

The Sous Chef's responsibilities include:
- Reporting directly to the Executive Chef Fostering a culture that proactively engages staff and creates a professional and dynamic learning environment
- Working with the team to lead and develop new dishes
- Upholding our expectation of cleanliness and productivity
We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Self-motivating and able to motivate others
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Well organized
- Has a strong understanding of New American cuisine and classical cooking techniques
- Is excited to advance their career
- 1-2 years experience in a fine dining kitchen preferred
Compensation: Hourly ($23.00 - $25.00)
