Oak Hill Country Club is seeking an experienced and service-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to support a la carte dining operations across multiple outlets, including 1901, the Donald Ross Pub, and seasonal dining venues. This leadership role helps ensure consistent, high-level service while supporting team development and daily restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations across multiple dining outlets
- Lead, coach, and support service staff during service periods
- Conduct pre-shift meetings, opening/closing procedures, and daily inspections
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and member experience expectations are met
- Assist with scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance management
- Address member and guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Support POS closeouts, reporting, inventories, and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of food & beverage leadership experience
- Strong service leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Private club or upscale dining experience preferred
- Food safety and alcohol service certifications (or ability to obtain)
