As a Chef de Cuisine, you will:Strategically recruit, onboard, and develop the next generation of Sous Chefs and high-performing culinary partnersMaintain active oversight of all Back-of-House operations to ensure flawless service execution and uphold key profit metricsMaster and utilize Earls' selection, development, and recognition programs to cultivate an engaging and supportive experience for all kitchen leaders and partnersDrive improved business results by developing and implementing collaborative, strategic action plans with the entire kitchen leadership team
What we need from you:Required experience in a Chef de Cuisine or comparable culinary leadership role within the hospitality/restaurant industryExceptional coaching and leadership skills to actively develop Sous Chefs and the next generation of high-performing BOH leaders.A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging kitchen culture for your team membersA drive for continuous growth, with an active openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorshipDrive seamless service execution by maintaining strong cross-functional alignment and clear communication between the Front-of-House and Back-of-House teamsBe able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; and lift and carry up to 50 lbsThe ability to legally work in the United States
