Role Overview:
*** Are you someone who takes pride in making food look as good as it tastes? Talisa?s on Main is seeking a Prep Cook who can balance efficiency with an "artisan" touch. Our menu features high-end charcuterie boards, gourmet flatbreads, and curated small plates that require a steady hand and a sharp eye for detail.***

Key Responsibilities: (Menu Focused)
- Board Assembly (Board & Boujee): Master the art of presentation. You?ll be responsible for the precise slicing of meats and cheeses and the aesthetic arrangement of fruits, crackers, and jams.
- Flatbread Prep: Prepare fresh toppings for our flatbreads. Ensure all food ingredients are prepped and ready for quick assembly.
- Salad & Small Plate Styling: Prep our Tomato Basil and Power Greens salads, ensuring the avocado ranch and fresh mozzarella are perfectly portioned.
Safety & Organization:
- Seal, Label, and Date every prep item. Follow our BOH Opening/Closing checklists to keep the kitchen in "tasting room" condition.
Sanitation:
- Maintain the 3-bay sink and ensure all glassware and "Itty Bitties" dishes are sparkling.
Qualifications:
- Visual Precision: You understand that "people eat with their eyes first."
- Knife Skills: Ability to slice meats, cheeses, and garnishes (lemons, berries, peppers) uniformly.
- Reliability: You show up on time and take pride in your workspace.
- Accountability: You can work through a prep list independently and check off your tasks.
