We are a scratch kitchen concept with over 20 years in our neighborhood. We are looking for Chef with a very positive outlook and demeanor. A true leader who builds relationships and teams effortlessly.What we're looking for:Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience at comparable/casual upscale restaurants or scratch kitchensDemonstrated experience developing a team of "A" players at restaurants run by this individual - sous chefs, cooksHighly proficient with cooking appliances and an advanced knowledge of culinary techniquesStrong financial acumen to understand financial implications - P&L, COGs, labor, operational excellence Ability to build par levels for ordering practices and manage inventory levels effectively with a high attention to ingredient qualityState required food safety certificationsBasic understanding of Microsoft Office and ExcelAbility to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead.Strong people management experience and abilities Motivated by a strong internal drive to achieve success, dedicated to delivering high-quality work.Ability to speak English / Spanish is a plusWhat we offer our team:Work with great people who love hospitalityCompetitive salary based on experienceFlexible schedulingFull time 40 hour work weekPaid time off and Discounted MealsA strong company culture with high standards
