Pat Gallaghers Hospitality Group is home to some of the Northshore's most celebrated restaurants, known for white-tablecloth dining, fresh Gulf seafood, and true Southern hospitality. We are seeking talented and motivated Sous Chefs to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals ready to take the next step in their career and grow within one of Louisianas premier hospitality groups.
Multiple locations are available within our group, offering opportunities to match your skills and leadership style with the right concept and team.
Responsibilities
Support the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations
Lead and train culinary staff, ensuring consistency in preparation and execution
Assist in menu development, seasonal specials, and kitchen innovation
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and food cost controls
Step into leadership responsibilities in the Executive Chefs absence
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong line cook in fine dining or high-volume kitchens
Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
Creativity and passion for elevated Southern and Creole cuisine
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
