Line Cook Wanted
Dylan's Oyster Cellar is seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our team of talented and experienced chefs. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking and plating dishes in a fast-paced, structured kitchen environment. Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for cooking good food.

Position: Line Cook As a Line Cook, you will be an integral part of our kitchen brigade, responsible for preparing and executing dishes with precision and attention to detail. Your passion for food and your commitment to excellence will help us maintain our reputation as one of Baltimore's best restaurants.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
Cook and plate dishes according to established guidelines and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Contribute creative ideas to menu development and seasonal specials.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Solid understanding of various cooking techniques and methods.
Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time to Ful-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
