We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who is creative, business-minded, and passionate about hospitality. The right candidate will have proven experience managing diverse culinary outlets, developing innovative menus, and driving both guest satisfaction and financial performance.
Key Qualifications:- 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience, including 2+ years as an Executive Chef
- Strong background in full-service hotels or resorts
- Proven ability in managing fine dining, casual dining, banquets, and multiple outlets
- Hands-on experience with banquet and catering operations
- Expertise in menu engineering, recipe development, costing, and pricing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and inspire a culinary team
- Excellent guest-facing communication and a polished, professional presence
- Oversee all kitchen operations with consistency, integrity, and attention to detail
- Partner with the Director of Food & Beverage to ensure seamless, high-quality service across all outlets
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Catering to plan and execute banquets, weddings, and special events
- Design and implement seasonal specials, event menus, and outlet-specific offerings
- Source local and specialty products while maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Monitor and manage food cost, labor cost, and budget targets without compromising quality
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and compliance standards at all times
