Job Summary:

Tacos Mazatlan is looking for a skilled Taquero to prepare and serve authentic tacos with quality, consistency, and speed. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Mexican cuisine and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meats, tortillas, and toppings according to company standards

Assemble and serve tacos quickly and accurately

Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking and prep areas

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Assist with food prep, inventory, and restocking as needed

Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 months of experience in a similar kitchen or taqueria role

Knowledge of taco preparation, grilling, and food handling

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
