Nell's is an upscale restaurant that features a Northwest Cuisine based on local, seasonal ingredients. We have been along Green Lake for 26 years. Zagat's rates Nell's as the number 2 restaurant in Seattle. The menu changes often and we feature a nightly 5 course tasting menu. We are looking for an experienced line cook to join our team of professionals. Work at other top restaurants will be considered a plus. Ideally a candidate will have a solid base of cooking knowledge and be energetic and wanting to learn. If adequately skilled we can move you to different stations in the kitchen. Involvement in menu development and ordering are possible. Shifts generally run from approximately 2 - 10 PM and position will be 5 days per week. If you are interested, please send in a resume.
