Were seeking a talented Head Chef / Cook to lead our kitchen operations or step in as a strong cook ready to grow into more responsibility.
The Role
Whether full-time or part-time, this is a hands-on position where youll play a key role in ensuring food quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a passion for Italian cuisine, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and execute menu items with attention to quality and consistency
Lead and mentor the kitchen team (for Head Chef role)
Collaborate on menu development and seasonal specials
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and workplace organization
Monitor inventory, control waste, and manage costs
Work closely with ownership and front-of-house staff to create a smooth service flow
Qualifications
Experience as a Head Chef, Cook, or similar back-of-house role
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and seasonal cooking preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to perform well in a high-volume environment
Leadership skills (for Head Chef applicants) and eagerness to grow (for Cook applicants)
