Experience:

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred, particularly in grilling or similar cooking roles.

Requirements:

Food Handlers

Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.

Duties:

Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items according to established recipes and menu specifications.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas.

Monitor food quality during cooking to ensure it meets health and safety standards.

Assist in menu planning by providing input on seasonal ingredients and new dish ideas.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
