We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and development to ensure variety and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food storage.
  • Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Participate in catering events as required, ensuring that all meals meet quality expectations.
  • Provide support in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Skills

  • Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably within fine dining or restaurant settings.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with meal preparation, catering, and menu planning is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($15.00 - $25.00) plus tips
