We are seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join our leadership team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a celebrated kitchen where menus evolve daily, guided by the best of what nature and the season have to offer.
What Youll DoLead day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring flawless execution of our tasting menu and prix fixe offerings
Collaborate closely with ownership to carry forward the culinary vision while bringing your own leadership and creativity to the role
Develop and execute menus that reflect a true farm-to-table ethos, with herbs, fruits, and edible flowers grown on-site and produce sourced from local farms and foragers
Maintain high standards of consistency, technique, and presentation in every dish
Train, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a culture of precision, curiosity, and care
Partner with the events team on weddings and private gatherings, with opportunities for event-based bonuses
