We are seeking a talented and motivated Line Cook/Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute dishes according to recipes and standards.

Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control are consistent.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the kitchen.

Assist with inventory, prep lists, and ordering as needed.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet service demands.

(Sous Chef-level) Support the Executive Chef in managing staff, training cooks, and overseeing daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen experience required (line cook or sous chef role preferred).

Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Dependable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.

Food safety certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
