Bar Bianchi focuses on traditional Italian dishes, spritzes, and Negroni variations, all served in a lively, fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Work efficiently across multiple stations (grill, saute, pasta, etc.)
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, consistent service
Minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience (Italian cuisine strongly preferred)
Ability to handle multiple stations with consistency and accuracy
Full-time availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays as needed)
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Dependable and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
$23/hour , based on experience
