THE JOB:

As a Cook at Gymkhana in ARIA, you will bring exceptional culinary technique and precision to every dish, ensuring each plate reflects the high standards of our kitchen. Beyond your skills at the stove, youll help set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience, welcoming each guest with warmth and professionalism. By tuning into their individual preferences and stories, youll play a key role in creating lasting, WOW moments that guests will remember long after their visit.

THE STARTING RATE: 25.7806

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques

• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment

• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service

• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation

• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation

• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service

• Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups

• Work as a team, assist all guests' needs and inquiries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

2+ years of prior relevant experience in a similar resort setting or 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a cook
