Kin No Tori is a well-established Japanese restaurant specializing in authentic Japanese cuisine and ramen. Weve proudly served the Alpharetta community for over 10 years, and were looking for a reliable and skilled Prep Cook to join our kitchen team.
Position Details:
Shift: Early shifts, 10:00 AM 5:00 PM
Role: Prep Cook (part of our core kitchen staff)
Responsibilities include:
Prepping and organizing fresh ingredients daily
Washing, cutting, and portioning vegetables, meats, and seafood
Assisting chefs with ramen broth, sauces, and side dish preparation
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience
Excellent knife skills and ability to handle raw ingredients properly
Familiarity with Asian or Japanese cuisine is a plus
Must be ServSafe certified
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Team player with a positive attitude in a fast-paced kitchen
