### What Were Looking For:
- 612 months of cooking and/or baking experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidaysbecause were a 24/7 hotel operation.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
