As a Sous Chef, youll be the right hand to our Executive Chef, helping lead kitchen operations, inspire the team, and deliver consistently exceptional dishes. What Youll Do
- Assist the Executive Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Lead and mentor line cooks, prep staff, and dish team
- Uphold our standards for food quality, safety, and sanitation
- Support ordering, inventory, and food cost management
- Collaborate with the BOH leadership team on menu execution
- Jump in wherever neededfrom the saute station to expo
- Help build a positive kitchen culture rooted in teamwork and pride
