Job Summary: REQUIREMENTS:
* 2 Years kitchen/cook experience
* Food Handler's card
JOB DUTIES:
* Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
* Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, slicing and portioning meat etc.)
* Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
* Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
* Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
* Check the quality of ingredients, and adjust as necessary
* Using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
* Using various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
* Follows all sanitation procedures
* Works in a team-based environment
* Communicates effectively and efficiently
HOURS:
11am ' 7pm Mon-Fri.
PAY:
$18 per hour + Tips, with a performance-based raise after 30 days.
WORKSITE:
North Bend, OR.
