Position: Line Cook

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to Chiras quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
Assist with prep work and inventory management
Work alongside the kitchen team to ensure timely service
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:
Line cook experience required at a fast pace environment
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen
Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
