We're looking for a skilled and reliable Grill Cook to join a high-energy kitchen team. In this role, youll be responsible for grilling a variety of menu items to order while maintaining speed, accuracy, and food safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Grill meats, vegetables, and other menu items to proper temperature and doneness
  • Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to standardized recipes and portion guidelines
  • Set up and maintain a clean, organized grill station throughout the shift
  • Monitor grill temperatures and cooking times to ensure consistent food quality
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards while preparing and handling food
  • Work alongside other kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared accurately and timely
  • Assist with prep work, stocking, and cleanup as directed by the kitchen supervisor or Chef
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members to maintain a smooth workflow

Skills:

  • Experience operating a commercial grill and other kitchen equipment
  • Strong understanding of cooking times, temperatures, and food safety practices
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and stay organized during busy service
  • Attention to detail with food presentation and portion control
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
  • Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and dependability

Requirements:

  • Clean and professional appearance at all times
  • Must follow all client-specific uniform or dress code policies
  • Hair must be tied back or under a hat; facial hair may require a beard net
  • No loose jewelry or artificial nails allowed while handling food
  • Must follow all hygiene and handwashing protocols per food safety guidelines
