THE JOB:

As a Snacks Cook for Bellagio, you will be responsible for skillfully applying culinary techniques. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.7806 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of food products, menu items, and culinary techniques, ensuring high-quality plate presentation.

• Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment.

• Restock, label, and date ingredients and supplies to ensure freshness, sanitation, and readiness for service.

• Collaborate with team members to meet guest needs and provide exceptional service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ years of relevant experience in a cook role

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
